 One of the world’s most respectable statesmen, and the former Premier of Malaysia, his Excellency, Dr. Mahatir bin Mohamed, welcomed today Mr. Semir Osmanagić (the founder of the Archaeological Park Foundation; Bosnian Pyramid of the Sun), Ms. Selma Kalota ( the Foundation’s guest of honor) , Mr. Mario Gerussi (the Foundation’s executive director), and Ms. Elma Kovačević (the coordinator for international relations).
His Excellency was accompanied by his wife and several leading businessmen from Malaysia and Hong Kong. The conversation about the Bosnian Valley of the Pyramid had lasted for two hours. While presenting the Foundation’s project, Osmanagić had also informed Dr.Mahatir about the research results that have been found on the pyramids, since his (Dr. Mahatir’s) July’s visit to Visoko.Dr. Mahatir was very impressed with the results, and praised the Malaysian professionals for their assistance, who made scientific geo-radar’s recordings inside of the pyramids possible. Dr. Mahatir offered his further assistance and involvement in the Foundation’s project. The fact that a large number of tourists have been visiting the Bosnian Valley of the Pyramids, especially took Dr. Mahatir’s attention. Many questions were raised about the tourist infrastructure and possibility of the financial backup by the respectable Malaysian investors. Ms. Kalota had informed the former Premier about the possibility of building the construction sites near the complex of the pyramids, adding that Bosnia and Herzegovina is abundant with attractive tourist destinations. The Foundation’s executive director, Mr. Mario Gerussi, gave the letter of the acknowledgement and appreciation to Dr. Mahatir and his wife, including the Foundation’s Club honorary membership cards. Dr. Mahatir’s wife had reminded Ms. Elma Kovačević about her visit to the Bosnian Valley of the Pyramids in Visoko, and the fact that her countrymen were delighted to hear about such amazing discoveries in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Dr. Mahatir is the first statesman to receive Mr. Osmanagic’s new book “The Bosnian Valley of the Pyramids” published in English language. The students of the “Global Indian International School” have collected about 540 ringits (about 150 euros), which was their contribution to the Foundation’s research project. The money will be used for the purchase of the construction material, which is necessary to secure the ceilings of the underground tunnels, located near KTK Visoko Firm.    |
