 The mining expert team from Zenica had supervised a group of miners that constructed the supporting beams in the underground tunnels, located near KTK Visoko Firm. The work took place on four different underground locations. All the necessary safety measures are taking place to secure the safe working environment in these tunnels. Along one of the main channels, a new intersection was found, which leads into two different directions. In the next few days, the miners will be constructing the underground supporting beams on these locations as well.
The geological drilling is ongoing on the plateau of the Bosnian Pyramid of Moon. Thanks to the professional geo-radar analyses that were conducted by the German experts (on the previous six drilling sites), the new drilling site (B 7) was opened. The plan is to reach the depth of 15 meters, where the samples of the pith will be taken.Many local and foreign tourists continue to visit the Valley of the Bosnian Pyramids. Most of the time, they come to view a few open terraces on the Bosnian Pyramid of Moon, and to see the megalithic blocks on the Bosnian Pyramids of Sun. The Foundation’s Chairman of the Board of the Directors, Mr. Semir Osmanagic, held a meeting today in Sarajevo with the executive director of the Vispak Firm, Džemal Čabaravdić and the sales executive director, Malik Čabaravdić. At this meeting, the agreement was reached to continue the mutual cooperation and the promotion in the 2007. The Vispak Firm intends to launch some new products (candies and coffee) with the motifs of the Bosnian Pyramids. The Valley of the Bosnian Pyramids continues to capture the International attention. The world’s largest TV house ABC, aired two informative TV news stories about the geo- archaeological excavations in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The first clip lasted for 10 minutes and it was aired on January 7, in Houston, Texas. Mr. Osmanagic was interviewed as well in the Houston’s TV studio. The second news info was aired at the most watched evening hour, and it lasted for 30 minutes. It was titled “Houston’s Indiana Jones”, and it was being announced every 30 minutes during the day. In this documentary, a large number of the footages are showing the underground tunnels located near Ravne and KTK Visoko Firm, as well as the Bosnian Pyramids of the Moon and the Sun. This documentary will be shown on the America’s national TV station (in all states) within the next couple of weeks. The ABC crew will be visiting the Valley of the Bosnian Pyramids again this spring when the excavations continue on all archaeological sites. .
