Experts from Egypt Present their Findings about Bosnian Pyramids
There is evidence that the nearby tunnels were built by men
The pyramid experts from Egypt, who have investigated the project these last weeks, presented their findings today in Sarajevo. The presentation gathered representatives form the diplomatic core, ambassadors of Egypt, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, as well as esteemed representatives of BiH government, distinguished professors from Sarajevo University, members of the International Association of Women, and many other guests.
In his introduction remarks, Mr. Semir Osmanagic, the Foundation president, presented the most recent proof that the Bosnian Pyramids of Sun and Moon and the complex network of tunnels that may connect them are man-made.
Lamiya El Hadydi is an archaeologist from Egypt with over 20 years of experience in exploring tombs, pyramids and temples. In her presentation, Ms. El Hadydi stressed that the stone structure found on the Pyramid of the Moon is obviously man-made, which further confirms that the Pyramid of the Moon represents an archaeological location.
Nancy Gallou, an archaeologist from Greece who works on the newly-discovered stone structure, descrbed it in detail, while also explaining the methodology applied in this case.
Dr. Aly Barakat delivered a 45-minute presentation emphasizing the pyramids¢ importance for not only Bosnia and Herzegovina but the whole world. Dr. Barakat referred to the following findings: there is evidence that the nearby tunnels were built by men in stone monoliths found within containing engraved symbols representing important archaeological artifacts and materials of brecca stones trimmed by men. He concluded that what is seen presently is surface layer that is polished and missing on certain parts.
The ambassador from Egypt confirmed the arrival of archaeologists from Egypt in August, geologists in September, and educational programs in Egypt given by experts from BiH during the winter.
